Search dialog box is coming in background

Hi,
Our application runs on Windows 11 and uses an HP printer. When the HP printer driver is not installed and a user attempts to use the printer, the driver search process dialog box runs in the background.
Is there any API or method available to bring this search dialog box to the foreground?
