The recommended approach is to first attempt account recovery via the Microsoft Account System. If that fails, investigate Azure AD Guest User Status. As a last resort, create a new Azure account.
Step 1: Account Recovery via Microsoft Account System
- Description: Initiate the account recovery process through the Microsoft account recovery page.
- Explanation and Calculations:
- Navigate to
https://account.live.com/password/reset.- Enter the email address associated with the Azure account.
- Select recovery options like recovery email or phone number.
