Possibly in wrong category - Issue with Priva and downloading reports. Stuck 'in progress' Cannot download, or cancel or do anything. Multiple tickets raised but keep getting passed around.

I seem to be in the same position with Priva, unable to download reports. It looks like a great concept but seems to be a beta at best with no support or development happening. I've had a ticket open for nearly three weeks now with multiple issues.
