How am I supposed to contact Xbox Support? Nothing Works!

I keep trying over and over and over to contact Xbox support but nothing works. It's like the entirety of Xbox support just no longer exists or something. No matter what I do, I can't get anything related to Xbox support to even load. All I want to do is talk to somebody about the fact that I purchased and was charged for a pre-order special edition of a game and I only got the base game instead. Can anybody please help me figure out how to get in contact with the right people so I didn't just spend like $20-30 extra for nothing?

Hey I want to refund a game called Minecraft you guys have on Microsoft store it told me to go to Xbox support I went there and requested a refund it said refund DENIED because I had the game over 14 days come on didn’t even know I bought the game for like 19 days and I can’t even get a refund Respond as fast as possible please and make it so I can refund this game (accidental purchase)

I tried to refund a game on the same day my friend bought it because he realized it wasnt crossplay between xbox and playstation it was called dark souls three and they denied it because apparently im just meant to know when my friend is gonna buy things and i should stop him, i think the denied refund was unfair because its not been over 14 days and i dont even have a hour played on it
