I’m a realtor and I’m experiencing a persistent issue with my Bing Places for Business listing.

The listing that appears in Bing search results contains incorrect links, unrelated photos (including my dog and unknown homes), and outdated business information.
I have attempted to update the listing multiple times. However, each time I submit changes, it creates a new verified and published listing instead of updating the existing one.
Now I have multiple verified listings, but only the incorrect one appears in Bing search results.
I submitted the most recent updates over two weeks ago, but the incorrect listing is still live.

I’ve tried using the Bing Places support chat, but I haven’t been able to resolve the issue. I would appreciate help with:

Removing or merging duplicate listings
Ensuring the correct listing appears in Bing search
Removing incorrect photos and links

Please let me know how I can escalate this or if there’s a way to directly contact the Bing Places support team for resolution.

I separated my business from one with a similar name and ended up locked out of my Bing account completely. Now, not only are we still merged, but my business also appears in the wrong location. I don't know how to fix this.

Hello Bonni. This can happen when duplicate listings exist and Bing prioritizes the older, more established one, even if it's incorrect.

Can you check if the incorrect listing that shows up in Bing Search has a different business ID or link than your newest verified version?

Go to https://www.bingplaces.com and sign in.
On the My Businesses page, locate each listing you've claimed or verified.
Click on each listing to open the Business Profile page.
Look at the URL in your browser's address bar, the Business ID is in the URL. Example: https://www.bingplaces.com/dashboard/editbusiness.aspx?businessid=123456789 → The Business ID here is 123456789.

Copy and compare the Business ID of the listing that appears in search vs the ones you are managing in your account. If the IDs don’t match, the one in search is likely a stale or unclaimed entry. Those are the ones that you need to merge or report.
