First, open the Google Play Store app on your Android device. Tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. If OneDrive shows up, you can cancel it right there.

If you think you might remember the Microsoft account, try signing in at onedrive.live.com. Go to your profile > Settings > Manage billing and cancel from there.
