Hi,
You don't have to join Insiders to get the ESU
enrollment. It will appear under Windows Updates
(maybe optional updates) when it's available.

I just joined the insider program. I want to enroll in the exstended update program for windows 10 and I do not see a way to do that in settings.

I have keep one Windows 10 Pro Preview installation just to see what happen and so far I haven't get option to enroll to ESU. Just wait untill enroll option appear to Windows Update page.
