Currently, SharePoint Calendar does not support setting “All Day Event” as a default for new entries, whether created manually or via automation. This limitation applies to both classic and modern SharePoint calendar views.
As a workaround, to mimic an all-day event, you can manually set:
- Start time:
12:00 AM - End time:
11:59 PM
This approach is used to simulate all-day events in SharePoint environments but it's not as ideal as configuring them with Power Automate, which gives you full control over how events are created and displayed.
