Locally this is working fine but while executing from the azure load testing it is not working.

The script works locally because JMeter can access files on your workstation, but Azure Load Testing runs it on remote test engines. Every file referenced by the JMX must therefore be included in the uploaded test plan.

Edit the JMX so file references use only relative paths, such as users.csv or payload.json, rather than local drive paths. Upload the JMX and all referenced files together from the test’s Test plan page. A CSV Data Set Config can read the CSV directly; JSON or text can be read with an appropriate JMeter function or JSR223 script using the same relative filename. Azure copies these files to every engine before execution. Confirm filename capitalization, encoding, delimiters, and that the latest test-plan revision was saved. For large supporting files, upload an allowed ZIP archive. If multiple engines run concurrently, remember that each engine receives its own copy and may process the same records unless the data is intentionally partitioned.
