I originally completed the instructions you post, and it didn't work. So I searched and found this thread and it's still not working, and strangely showing on monitor 2 not 1. Any other settings that could be affecting this?
I have multiple monitors and would like the task bar to show on both monitors

I have a Dell laptop with Windows 11. I have an old Dell monitor hooked up to it as a secondary monitor. Everything works fine, except I would like to see the task bar on both monitors and not just one of them. Is that possible, how?

Right-click the taskbar > Taskbar Settings > Expand Taskbar Behavior.
Check the option "Show my taskbar on all displays"
Under "When using multiple displays, show my taskbar apps on..." set it to All taskbars.-

In the Settings app scroll down to Taskbar behaviors and click it. Inside there is a checkbox to show the taskbar on all displays. Check that option.
