How to Access Old Hotmail Account

I am trying to access my old Hotmail email account to retrieve emails - yes, old (20 - 25 years old).

I have tried the "Account Recovery Request" to no avail.
Is it possible to track a Hotmail email account that far back? Surely, there has to be some why, in this day and age....? No, I don't have the computer I used at the time.

Any help or direction to who/where I can ask would be greatly appreciated.

If this account hasn't been accessed, it is likely no longer available:

Inactive Account: After 270 days of inactivity, an Outlook.com (Hotmail, Live mail, MSN Mail) account becomes inactive, and any emails stored in the account are deleted.
Deleted Account: After 365 days of inactivity, the account is permanently deleted.
No Recovery: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and any associated data is lost. A permanently deleted account cannot be re-used.
