When I open the app (first time after installation) the login window for O365 appears. However, it shows and old unusable college ID and asks for my password without any option to use a different account.

Chiguypaul 0 Reputation points2026-01-15T05:03:11.5966667+00:00 I have the same issue. Microsoft was not able to resolve it. Removing keychain items did not fix it.
