How do I ungroup my email conversations on outlook online

We've just introduced Outlook Web App for our Committee Members and the emails are grouped by Conversation - REALLY annoying. How do I change this? I've got it sorted for Full Version of Outlook in 365 but not for web or android app... (there is no checkbox to stop it in the Mail/Conversations Settings.

I have tried all of this and it is still grouping messages please help?

Making recommended changes had no effect in my Outlook. My success happened only after checking the box to group by conversation, restarting Outlook, then checking no grouping and restarting again.

Hi Tammy, I see your reply on email yet cannot find it here? Sorry - new to this way of communicating. The screen shot is from Win11 - screen capture of OWA - the settings are not there but ALSO not in Android app. I will capture that and place here too.

Hi Sherry, Sorry I did not see this question! NO, it never got solved, I just avoid using the app and wait until I get to my desktop - as much as possible. I still do not have any of the settings suggested, but I am pleased to know that I am not the only one!

Tammy, my apologies, August disappeared with some travel and my Mum being in hospital.

Thank you for your reply, the Outlook version I loaded was from a link supplied to me by Crazy Domains and no, the icon is as per below.

I do also have the Outlook app with the Icon as per your message installed on my phone too. While I could change my account over to that, it will not solve the problem for some of my other user's accounts. There are 10 accounts for 10 diff people.
