Hi! This laptop have been given to me by my sister, she never used Microsoft, so she doesn't have a points on Microsoft rewards. Now, I opened my account, and deleted hers, will I be banned in Microsoft rewards? I just want to know since I am planning to redeem my vouchers for a supermarket near us.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

You're safe to use your Microsoft Rewards account on that laptop. Microsoft allows multiple accounts in the same household, up to 6 Microsoft Rewards accounts are allowed per household. As long as you're only using your own account and not trying to game the system with duplicate or fake profiles, you won’t get banned.

To check Microsoft Rewards "Best Practices" & "Account Policies" please see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/getting-the-most-out-of-microsoft-rewards-d8287eb3-c1ad-4510-b8c6-559ea4d781dc

I really hope this information is helpful! :)
