I understand you are seeing a red microphone in the top left corner of your screen.

May I please know if you are using a Logitech Keyboard?

Maybe you have enabled the microphone function on your keyboard. Please try to disable it by tapping on FN + F6 to mute and unmute the mic. Please see this similar post.

    I have a Logitech MX S Keys Keyboard, and the F7 button has the microphone icon. Simply clicking it made the icon in the upper left-hand corner disappear.
