Around 2 years ago, I created a Microsoft Partner Center account (for which I paid 20$) and I was able to add my Xbox Series S as a dev kit. As of today, I bought a new Xbox Series X and I tried to add it to my Partner Center account but got this error message:
Access restricted
We're sorry, you don't have permission to access this page because your Partner Center account has been deactivated. For assistance, please contact your Partner Center administrator or support.

How can I reactivate it? I have no way to submit a ticket in my Partner Center account since I don't have a workspace.

Greg Taylor 0 Reputation points2025-08-04T14:01:57.53+00:00 I've been using Microsoft Partner Center for more than 2 years and started getting these "Access restricted" messages about a week ago. Today I logged in fine the first time but about 10 minutes later I got the "Access restricted" message. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I just created a new account and immediately ran into the same issue. With no workspace assigned, I can't even use the Partner Center to report the problem and sell help.
