BTS 2020 - stuck on BAM configuration step

Hi, I followed all instructions at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/biztalk/install-and-config-guides/hardware-and-software-requirements-for-biztalk-server-2020, when configure operation started, I got stuck at the BAM configuration with the error :

TITLE: Microsoft BizTalk Server Configuration Wizard

Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is not installed on the local machine. The version of SSIS must be the equivalent version as on the SQL server of the BAM Archive Database. (15)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.ManagedDTS, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (Microsoft.BizTalk.Bam.CfgExtHelper)

My SQL is a remote 2K19 . Here is a snpashot of the error
