Due to a an update of the New Outlook Software yesterday I cannot now print off any emails. I was able to print emails 2 days ago. This software update has now affected all my tablets and mobile phones with Microsoft Outlook app installed.

Having the same problem here. Hopefully they send a patch soon. This is very inconvenient.

I'm having the same problem. Until I found this site I had spent days and days trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone! So annoying all the time I have wasted trying to fix a problem that wasn't mine, but Microsoft's problem!! Hope it's fixed soon!
If you would all contact outlook mobile support maybe they will escalate this issue. I outlook click on the gear wheel. Go down to help and support. Click on that. Click Outlook Mobile support. Initially you will be talking to a Bot. Persist and it will escalate to the support team. Explain the issue. This is what I did and is how I am providing all the updates. But I am still being fobbed off with they don't know when it will be fixed !!!! But if we ALL complain it might get through that this is a widespread issue. SO PLEASE DO THIS. THANKS!!!!

I'm glad I found this thread, same problem with circle loading when trying to print through outlook on android..... Tried do many resets on phone and printer now I know it's Microsoft issue... Thank you

I can now print from my outlook email, although it is a little slow but the issue as been resolved on my end
I've just tried to print. No good. Same issue. Cleared Outlook Cache. Still won't print.
At last I can print too!!! Go to Playstore keep hitting update and you will eventually get an Outlook update. When this is installed you should find you can print again as normal. Best Wishes everyone.
Spoke too soon. Tablet updated ok. Phone in Playstore said all apps up you date. Wouldn't print. Opened Outlook App in playstore and found another update required! Updated Outlook again. Now at last my phone prints too!!!

For those that are now working... What app version is showing? I am still not able to print and no update is surfacing.... 4.2530.2 is what I have and shows on Play as well...

As I said. I had to open the outlook app in playstore and it said update. This brought this update to me. Just before that playstore said all my apps were up to date!!!
I have just carried out an update to outlook and I can now print off my emails, so Microsoft have solved the problem until the next time.

At the end of day yesterday, I did an update and shutdown, and today my printing capabilities are back to normal. They have resolved the issue!!
Still no joy for me...😥 They must have some way they are controlling the roll out via Play...

The update they've rolled out is for the arm64-v8a devices. So far nothing for the 32 bit v7a. I hear they're migrating all their apps to the 64 bit platform, so the current buggy 32 bit might be the last update. If it were it would be very perverse of MS, but then they're not averse to doing perverse things.
Finally I'm able to print outlook emails again...
Finally got my update this evening and have uploaded to my cell. Everything seems to be working. Now to get it done on my tablet. Glad to be back in service.

It's a pain, but I have found a workaround. I switch back to the "Classic" version, print, and go back to the "New" Outlook

You will probably not get any help for your issue by adding to an old post. Thank you ever so much because I am no computer expert and I thought I had done something wrong! It was a relief to find out it is an error on Outlooks side, hopefully not too long to wait before it is fixed.
After spending many hours, infact days trying to fix this problem, I find out it's not just my problem!! Extremely annoying, inconvenient and such a lot of wasted time, trying to fix this printing fault. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
If you take a screenshot of the email you can then print the image as a photo. On my devices you press the on/off button and the volume down button at the same time.

I contacted microsoft through help and support mobile support in Outlook. After to and fro the person said they were sending it to their escalations team. Others here please do the same so they know it's not just me!

I still cannot print emails from Outlook.
I have contacted microsoft support through Outlook. After several updates the person says
they are forwarding my ticket to the escalations team for further checking.
I did this by clicking on Help and Feedback in Outlook and then Contact mMobile Outlook Support.
You may like to do the same? Microsoft need to know it is not just my problem but is more widespread.
Good to hear they are working on the fix. If you haven't discovered already, you can print the files, you just have to download it first. Then from the downloaded file, you can print the same way you would from the attachment.

New Outlook update 2 August has not fixed the printing problem. I have re raised this issue with microsoft outlook help quoting my previous case number. What else can we do???
