Possible Fixes
- Try a Different Browser
- If you're using Safari, try switching to Chrome or Edge to see if the issue persists.
- Some users found that browser compatibility affects Sway’s cursor behavior.
- Clear Cache & Cookies
- Open your browser settings and clear cache & cookies.
- Restart the browser and try editing your Sway again.
- Disable Browser Extensions
- Some extensions (especially ad blockers or script blockers) can interfere with Sway.
- Try disabling extensions and refreshing the page.
- Check for Updates
- Ensure your MacOS and Windows are fully updated.
- If this issue started recently, Microsoft may release a fix soon.
- Use Sway in Private/Incognito Mode
- Open Sway in Incognito Mode to see if the issue is related to stored browser data.
