How to share a Powerpoint presentation?

Hello,

a few days ago I created an account through my university with which I have access to Microsoft 365. However, I stumbled across a problem: The function "Share Powerpoints" does not work. I have already activated One Drive, but the connection from Powerpoint does not work. Can someone help me with that?

    • Which version of PowerPoint are you using (desktop app, web, or mobile)?
    • Are you signed into PowerPoint with your university Microsoft 365 account? Or you're using personal account?
    • Are you connected to a stable internet connection? Is there a firewall, VPN, or proxy in place that could block Microsoft services?
    • What exactly happens when you try to share a PowerPoint (error message, gray button, nothing)?
    • Does the “Share” function work in other Office apps like Word or Excel?
    • Does the issue occur with all presentations or only specific files?
    • Can you verify that your university account includes a license that supports file sharing features?
    • Have other students or staff at your university reported the same problem?
    • Did your university admin mention any custom restrictions or policies?
