Copilot Sharepoint Site Creation and Microsoft 365 Account

Hello,

I am a consultant for the Social Security Administration of Palau attempting to create a sharepoint site that can serve as a modern employee manual and want to know if there is already an integrated copilot feature beyond basic template generation that can assist me with crafting draft pages using the site map document I have and a pdf copy of the employee manual. As far as I can see, there doesn't seem to be a way for me to access coplitot in the website editor where I can upload documents and provide explicit instructions. Am I correct in this? If so, when will that feature be rolling out?

Another question I have relates to my microsoft 365 account and the organization's microsoft 365 account. I have created a draft website already but want to be sure that I will be able to easily transfer ownership access to the IT manager here once I am finished with my product so that he is able to add all of the members within his organization. Is that possible or do I need to use be given a company email so that this is possible? Ideally, I would be able to use my current account and once finished add the emails that are outside of my organization (my school) and transfer site ownership.

Instead, Copilot relies on grounding data from connected Microsoft 365 sources.If you're looking for a way to integrate your site map and employee manual, you may need to manually reference those documents while using Copilot’s open prompts to generate structured content. Microsoft is actively expanding Copilot’s capabilities, so future updates may include more advanced document integration.2. Transferring SharePoint Site OwnershipYes, you can transfer ownership of your SharePoint site to the IT manager once your project is complete. Here’s how:Add the IT Manager as a Site Owner:

Go to SharePoint Admin Center.
