I am trying to login to SharePoint Mobile App on Android Phone using my E3 DeveloperAccount (onmicrosoft.com) Account and getting below error.

Error: You can't login to this, your admin needs to assign you a sharepoint and a onedrive license to do this.

I can successfully login to SharePoint Site using same id on a windows PC as well as I can login using chrome browser on Android mobile. Issue occurs only when I login to Android App.

I can login to other Android Apps on same mobile e.g. M365 Capilot, Admin Center, Outlook etc.

I was thinking this issue is only with OneDrive Mobile App but looks like the issue is with most of the Mobile Apps e.g. OneNote, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.

    Hi Ishant,
Just wanted to give you a quick update on your case!

We've actually got two agents dedicated to it right now, which is great. Since this is quite a tricky one, it might take a little extra time to get everything sorted out. Please know we're working hard on it, and I'll make sure to keep you in the loop as soon as we make any progress.

    Thanks for your patience!
    Kind regards,

    Dear Ishant,

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to inform you that I’ve escalated the issue to our internal team, and they are currently investigating it further.

In the meantime, a diagnostic has been initiated on your account to ensure there are no synchronization issues related to your licenses.

Please note that this diagnostic process may take up to 48 hours to fully propagate across the system.

I will follow up with you as soon as the process is complete or if there are any updates in the meantime.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
    Kind regards,
