Thank you. I really appreciate your help.

However, Sway has now started working for me again, with no obvious change or reason. This inability to gain access to Sway for a few days, seems to happen from time to time. It’s very frustrating, and yet there seems to be no obvious explanation.

Nevertheless, I’m grateful that my access now has been restored.

    Kind regards

    Warren

    • Click the Apple menu and select System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS).
    • Click Network in the sidebar.
    • Select your active network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and click Details (or Advanced).
    • Go to the DNS tab.
    • Click the + button under DNS Servers and enter the DNS server address you want i.e. 1.1.1.1.
    • (Optional) Click + again to add a secondary DNS server which should be 1.1.2.2
    • Click OK, then Apply to save changes.
    • Restart your Mac for the changes to take effect

Thanks, Warren, that helps a bit.

    Maybe it is your DNS.

Could you try accessing the same on iPhone on a different network like 4G?
