Both my powerpoint android app and my copilot 365 android app keep asking me for a subscription despite they both being logged in to the same account i have an active paid subscription. What's the matter?

Hi Felippe, I'm Kelvin an Independent Adviser. I know how annoying to see prompts like this. Allow me to help.

Since you have an active plan and still encounter prompts asking for subscription, please try to logout both apps → restart both device → then log back in

It can help proper sync between the account and the app.
