    Hi Trine,

    Thanks for the updates.

I checked that it would connect to user's OneDrive account and some other services, and we recommend your IT team to check the logs during the process, as other resources may also be triggered and this can be captured by the logs. This might be helpful for your IT team to analyze.

Or you could try to create a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Support>New Service Request. The support team over there has higher permission than us to investigate the issue from their end, they have more resources and correct escalation channel in handling this kind of issues. This would be a more efficient way in handling the case for you.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

    Hi

We are administrating exams for students with iPads. Most of the internet is closed off, and only spesific sites are open (white-listed). When the students try to export .xls files to .pdf, an error occures. "Cannot export the file. Unable to contact the online service to convert the file to a supported format. Check your network connection and try again." We assume that we need to white-list spesific domains to fix this, and hoped someone could help with that.

    Best regards,

    Trine

    Hi Trine,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

From your description, sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues. Per your situation, could you please provide me more details, where you encounter this issue, in SharePoint or in the office apps? Is there any error message you could share with me? Because currently I'm a little bit confused about how domain is related to this export activity. Appreciated your understanding.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Should any uncertainties arise subsequently, please feel free to seek assistance once again.

Looking forward to your reply.  Best regards,Tan-Ly - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
