A Microsoft digital storytelling app for creating and sharing interactive reports and presentations.
Hi Griffin,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community.
From your description, I understand you're looking to find the word count in your Microsoft Sway presentation. Unfortunately, Microsoft Sway does not currently offer a built-in word count feature like Microsoft Word.
However, you can try this workaround:
Export and Count in Word
If your Sway is text-heavy:
- Open your Sway in a browser.
- Press Ctrl + A to select all the content, then Ctrl + C to copy.
- Open Microsoft Word or Word Online, and paste the content (Ctrl + V).
- Go to the Review tab > click Word Count to view the total.
I hope this helps!
Kind regards,
