I have tried five different browsers. I have cleared cache.

In addition to the message, it appears that it is trying to log me out per the below. Thoughts?

AT&T - Error

Thank you!

I was told that it was top priority when I finally got through to AT&T rep.

Did you try using another wifi or your Hotspot to connect?

Did you try using another wifi or your phone as a Hotspot to connect? That got me past the error.

Hi David my solution or workaround was to use my hotspot as my wifi to connect. This seemed to get around the issue.

I've seen others post solutions on this thread like disconnecting VPN or using MS Edge as the browser? Maybe scroll back to see the other suggestions or try reaching out to AT&T? It really is crazy how long this has gone on.

Thanks for your suggestions but just before going to the hotspot route, my normal connection worked! I am using a wired connection so did not see how the hotspot would work for me but one thing I did which might affect those that are hard wired in and those on wi-fi or using a mobile hotspot if you still have wi-fi turned on, is rebooting your router. I did this because we had a storm roll through and the power flickered 3 or 4 times and seemed like my system was affected so I rebooted the router and right after that I was able to log in with my wired connection! This was after 3 days of not being able to connect so throw a router reboot into the list of things to try.

PS - I have Optimum for my internet provider (using an Altice (?) UBC1340 router) , maybe we need to talk about the different internet services we all have to see if there is anything common in that area.

I don't want to cause anyone trouble with your internet service so if you try to reboot your router make sure you DO NOT press the reset button - easiest option (for me anyway) is to just unplug the power from the wall or back of the router - wait 10 sec then plug back in.
