I cannot sign into ATT (Yahoo/SBC) email. Get message "It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again."

I have tried five different browsers. I have cleared cache.

In addition to the message, it appears that it is trying to log me out per the below. Thoughts?

    Someone else’s post described what they did, and I follow those instructions. If you don’t see it elsewhere in the post, I will look when I get home to my computer

    The "It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again." Error started occurring for me in April of 2025. So, about two months ago. Using Firefox, Win10, gmail. I disabled "DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials" in Firefox and it's fixed. I can login. Thanks

    I just wanted to say thank you as I ran into the exact same problem. Tried several different platforms, resetting of pwds. All the things. I tried the work around on my mobile and it is working for now. I am able to get into my sbcglobal.net email

    I am unable to get my emails on my laptop, but I can on my on my Android, and it's on the same WiFi.

    Same here.

    This is how I bypassed it to get into my account.
    enter user id

    on password screen click forgot password

    go thru process of changing or in my case i just entered my existing password as my new password

    after that goes thru click "got to my account" button and you're in.

    there is no way to click keep me signed in so it will time out and you have to do this process all over again
