I have tried five different browsers. I have cleared cache.

In addition to the message, it appears that it is trying to log me out per the below. Thoughts?

AT&T - Error

Thank you!

I have been having the same issue for at least a week maybe longer, When I put in my userid, it does not give me the option to enter my password, but instead says, " It's not you, it's us. Try Again." I have been able to access my email on my iPhone until about an hour ago and now it is giving me the same message. How can I fix this? I have been on hold for over an hour trying to talk to a live agent at AT&T. I have had my sbcglobal.net email for at least 30 years, I cannot just delete it.

I have(had) the exact situation. I am able to see my AT&T mail on my Android but could not log in on my Windows10/Firefox desktop. I tried using Microsoft Edge to no avail then I tried your workaround and success! Disabling DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials did the trick Thank You!

I found that the problem on my desktop computer was being caused by my VPN; when it's on, I can't access my ATT/Yahoo email account, when I turn if off or pause it, I can.

I am having this same "It's Not You ..." issue but I am using my desktop and it is hardwired and I verified that Wi-Fi is not also active. I can get to my email on my android but it might be because I never sign out of ATT on that and I am afraid to do so.

This has been an on going issue for me for 3 or 4 months - I will go through a period of 3 or 4 days with this error message then I can get on for a week or so and then the cycle starts all over again. This is crazy and significantly annoying and troublesome. I am amazed that ATT can not fix this, especially how long this has been going on.

Hi Andrea, I posted this workaround. It has worked for others.

    ******

Hi all, I just spent 1 hour on the line with an AT&T rep and this is what resolved my issue.

We disconnected from my normal wifi and connected to my hotspot on my phone. Once I did this, I was able to sign in and see my email. At that point I could then switch back to my normal wifi.

The rep said this is something that they are working on and it is a known issue but switching wifi, at least for my case, helped me to get into my email. Hope this helps others. I told her there were many having this issue and she asked me to put this workaround out to you.
