I have tried five different browsers. I have cleared cache.

In addition to the message, it appears that it is trying to log me out per the below. Thoughts?

Lol You are most welcome CLIFARNOLD

Glad my workaround helped. Yes, after quite a while waiting, I was able to get through and connect with a kind person in AT&T. And we worked to resolve the issue until she came up with that work around and asked me to share it here.

OMG Lisa.... YOU DUH MAN!!! (Sort of I guess). Your solution worked like a charm for me. I've been battling this daily for a couple of weeks now. Although I only tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, that was enough to tell me it almost certainly had to be an issue on their end. Also, I spent much more that 1 hour chatting with AT&T (after I FINALLY got to the correct department). We actually got it fixed, but then the next morning it was right back to the same issue. I finally decided I'd just have to wait until AT&T fixed the issue. I figured I'd do one more google search about the issue this morning and then YOU came into my life. THANK YOU for taking the time to share the fix that worked for you. By taking a minute to share, you've probably relieved many many headaches and heart aches. So, many many of us REALLY appreciate you!!

It has not been a week. It started with me around November 2024 and is an everyday occurance! On the internet this error message appears to be infecting dozens if not hundreds of companies and websites going back months with no hint of a solution.

I don't want to cause anyone trouble with your internet service so if you try to reboot your router make sure you DO NOT press the reset button - easiest option (for me anyway) is to just unplug the power from the wall or back of the router - wait 10 sec then plug back in.

Thanks for your suggestions but just before going to the hotspot route, my normal connection worked! I am using a wired connection so did not see how the hotspot would work for me but one thing I did which might affect those that are hard wired in and those on wi-fi or using a mobile hotspot if you still have wi-fi turned on, is rebooting your router. I did this because we had a storm roll through and the power flickered 3 or 4 times and seemed like my system was affected so I rebooted the router and right after that I was able to log in with my wired connection! This was after 3 days of not being able to connect so throw a router reboot into the list of things to try.

PS - I have Optimum for my internet provider (using an Altice (?) UBC1340 router) , maybe we need to talk about the different internet services we all have to see if there is anything common in that area.
