I have tried five different browsers. I have cleared cache.
In addition to the message, it appears that it is trying to log me out per the below. Thoughts?

I started having the problem the same as everyone else 2 days ago. I have a slightly different view. On my Windows 11 machine all browsers fail with the "It's not you" message. The Windows 11 machine was tried on ethernet and wifi connections. My android phone works fine using the Android Mail app. My Windows 10 machine works OK accessing ATT mail using all browsers. I suspect it's either Yahoo or most likely ATT being the problem. Hope someone finds a solution soon.
I have been having this problem for 2 days....Chrome and Firefox. Glad to see this post and was going to try this, but my hubby reminded me that I am not on Wifi, my desktop PC is HARDwired. So he put the PC on wifi, and my email worked! He then put the PC back to hardwired (ethernet cable?) and it continued to work! Not sure what happens when I turn computer off, but at least I have something to try now... GOLLLLLEEEE!!!
Update--I've been using the URL (https://login.yahoo.com/) mentioned above successfully since posting it on 16 May (almost one month). Yesterday Mozilla updated Firefox on my laptop. Now I cannot log into my sbcglobal email account using either this URL or the "old" URL. Cannot log into currently.att.yahoo.com/ either. Using the cell phone hot spot does not work for me either.
Today, I can log into my sbcglobal email using DuckDuckGo today (who knows about tomorrow).
I'm not normally a conspiracy theory person, but it seems to me that the various entities are not playing well with each other and I'm not sure why. I refuse to only use products by one "entity"--hence, I don't use Microsoft's Edge browser. I don't use Outlook, so don't know if there is problem there. Maybe there is a protocol issue. I have the Yahoo email app on my iPhone and I have been able to read my emails there. The problem is that I'm a touch typist and hate trying to write anything on my phone!
I have had the same issues and tried the same fixes, to no avail. One thing that did happen when trying to get to the log in page was when I tried resetting the password through att.com, I did get a box that popped up and it seemed like it wanted certificate information. I chose the entry with the closest date. Ultimately though it went back to the same message that we are all familiar with, It's us, not you! If anyone has had this issue and has a fix, please let me know.
I had this same problem with my iPad, both iPhone and desktop worked fine, only on my iPad did I receive the "It's not you, it's us" message
Turned out to be caused by a VPN being on, once I turned off the VPN AT&T sign-in worked like it should
I have the same problem and am thinking about using gmail. Referring to your comment "my future logins will be using the gmail address", do you mean you will use gmail to login to att or that you will just use your gmail email from now on? Forgive me if this may sound like a silly question but i am trying to see what options i have to keep using my att address but go onto another platform Thanks!
