I cannot sign into ATT (Yahoo/SBC) email. Get message "It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again."

Hmm for me using the yahoo app on my android worked well because it was not using my house wifi. I then tried to log in with my iPad connecting to the house WI. Fi, it failed with the AT&T message, just like my desktop, until I brought up my Mobile Hotspot and connected my iPad through my Mobile Hotspot, something about changing the WIFi fixes this issue, I agree it's been very frustrating To have this issue with the AT&T and Yahoo combination, I guess we each we'll have to deal with it in our individual ways until the issue is resolved. Happy you have at least one path that works. It's not fun not being able to access your email

I am also having issues with sbcglobal.net. I cannot get into it still. Any solution to get into that account? If I switch email accounts i still want to get into this account before deleting it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the update posted recently. For reasons I do not understand, I can log into my ATT email account on my desktop with the sbcglobal.net address. It suddenly cooperated.

However, I am still unable to log into my android phone email platform. I have tried your suggestions for the android with no avail.

I was able to log into my email site using the gmail website on my desktop. It welcomed me to the new email website. I think they are rolling out the

new website slowly (I think). Most devices corrected and one to go (my android phone).

I will be using my gmail address in the future. I need a very reliable email site. I have had issues with Yahoo and ATT in the past.

This time is the last. All my future logins will be using the gmail address.
