I cannot sign into ATT (Yahoo/SBC) email. Get message "It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again."

I have tried five different browsers. I have cleared cache.

In addition to the message, it appears that it is trying to log me out per the below. Thoughts?

AT&T - Error

Thank you!

I am having this same "It's Not You ..." issue but I am using my desktop and it is hardwired and I verified that Wi-Fi is not also active. I can get to my email on my android but it might be because I never sign out of ATT on that and I am afraid to do so.

This has been an on going issue for me for 3 or 4 months - I will go through a period of 3 or 4 days with this error message then I can get on for a week or so and then the cycle starts all over again. This is crazy and significantly annoying and troublesome. I am amazed that ATT can not fix this, especially how long this has been going on.

This issue has happened to me on several random occasions. I too have spent HOURS on the phone with AT&T. One SURE thing that has worked for me is to go to an AT&T store and sign into my email on one of their devices. Crazy and inconvenient. I've been told "it's known issue", about 6 weeks ago now. For me, it started around the time AT&T sold/moved their platform to Yahoo. One other option I've been told and works temporarily is to go into a "New Private Window (Edge)" browser. . .but don't log out, or you won't have access.

I found that the problem on my desktop computer was being caused by my VPN; when it's on, I can't access my ATT/Yahoo email account, when I turn if off or pause it, I can.

Hmm for me using the yahoo app on my android worked well because it was not using my house wifi. I then tried to log in with my iPad connecting to the house WI. Fi, it failed with the AT&T message, just like my desktop, until I brought up my Mobile Hotspot and connected my iPad through my Mobile Hotspot, something about changing the WIFi fixes this issue, I agree it's been very frustrating To have this issue with the AT&T and Yahoo combination, I guess we each we'll have to deal with it in our individual ways until the issue is resolved. Happy you have at least one path that works. It's not fun not being able to access your email
