Project Professional 2024 - Issue w/ Vertical Scroll Bar

Hello all! I have a couple of customers having an issue when working in project schedules in Project Professional 2024. There are around 400-500 tasks in the schedules, and periodically when trying to scroll down the schedule using the vertical slider to get to the last task, the view will "jump" back up so that Task 1 is again at the top of the screen (even though the slider bar is at the bottom of the screen view - it does not jump back up to the top). Customers have reported having to close the schedules and reopen them to clear the issue, sometime multiple times. We recently migrated to Project Pro 2024 and was curious if this may be a known issue? Thanks!

Hi Joseph, try Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support Quick repair and if not Online Repair, which at as part of the procedure reinstalls Office.
