    Dear FRANCA MONTESIN,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

    Here are the translations:

    • Utilità di pianificazione: This translates to Task Scheduler in English.

The Task Scheduler is a tool in Windows that allows you to schedule tasks, such as cleaning up RAM, to run automatically at specified times. You can use it to automate routine maintenance tasks on your laptop.

    • The Italian phrase "Unità di pianificazione" translates to "Scheduling unit" or "Planning unit" in English, depending on the context.

Scheduling Unit: Likely meaning: A system component (e.g., CPU scheduler, task manager)   that manages processes/timing.

Example: In Windows, the "Task Scheduler" (taskschd.msc) handles automated tasks.

Planning Unit Likely meaning: A module for resource allocation (e.g., in project management software).

If you're referring to a system process related to cleaning RAM (e.g., a task scheduler or memory management tool), it might be part of:

    • Task Scheduler → Disable unnecessary scheduled tasks (type taskschd.msc in Run).
    • Task Manager → End memory-heavy processes.
    • Windows Memory Diagnostic (search for it in Windows) to check for errors.
    • System processes (like the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool)

If you need help setting up the Task Scheduler or have any other questions, feel free to ask!

    Best regards,

Chris-DKN - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist.
