    Dear Dan Stege

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Regarding your issue, here is a few steps you can try:

    • Clear the cache of the application by following these steps: Open Settings > Apps > OneNote > select **Storage > Clear Cache (**or Cache).
    • Make sure you let OneNote has permission to access your photos: Open Settings > Apps > OneNote > Permissions and enable access to Storage.
    • You can also try restarting your device to fix this issue.

Please give it a try and update for me to know if it works.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

    Best regards,
