I was trying to save it after completing on my iPad and the app shut down and took me back to homescreen, and my presentation says its been deleted, moved or renamed

You can check the Files app to see if you can find a copy.
If the file was stored on OneDrive, you can try the Version History feature to see if there is an earlier edition.
