Hello!

I send a visual Sway link, but recipients of the message didn't get it open. What can I do? Settings should be ok.

Hi

Thank you for posting your query on our forum, let me help you with that.

At first, kindly ensure the Sway is shared correctly with “Anyone with the link” or specific people.

And do Make sure the link is copied correctly and not broken.

After that,

Try Another Browser as some browsers may block access, test with Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

Also, at last do Clear Cache & Cookies by Refreshing browser settings to avoid loading errors.
