    I couldn't initially find the permission related to Files and Media either, but when I tapped the "Open" icon at the bottom left of the screen, that opened the right options with toggle switches for various permissions. Once I did that and signed back in with my MS credentials, it worked!

    I fixed it - Refer to Office Mobile Icon not the actual app icon - I installed Excel (Which was not working) from here along with Word - They both worked and now One Note is working as expected!!
