I cannot activate my account when I’m signed in into work to do my homework. I already have an account and paid already.

    • Specifically, we need to know what type of Microsoft license you are using. Is it a business license or a personal license?
    • Is your account is created via a personal email like Gmail or yahoo? Or is was a business account under your origination.
    • If you are using a business license, do you have any admin on your tenant? Or you are the sole admin of your tenant?
