Hi Andrew. i didnt know that when i spoke to them early this morning. i typically dont use those sites. I would encourage you to contact microsoft yourself so you can show them, and add to the numbers of people who use this data. all the best.

I spent an hour talking to them. I have a huge transcript from it. I'd like to report the employee as a case study in how not to provide support. They claim they aren't trained, can't contact the correct team can't talk to other teams and try to refer me to the community/user forums. Then when you come to the user forum they say it's user to user and microsoft doesn't read it.
