Microsoft excel stock data not updating today, May 16th, is this a know issue?

This is a problem with australian stocks; USA stocks are updating. There are multiple messages regarding this on web. No point for me to use MS 365 if this does not work

Good morning everyone. I am so disappointed to write this. I contacted Microsoft to report this issue this morning. Been on the help line for well over an hour. They wrote over my financial file that is having this "'no refresh'' issue. Ugh. They then wanted me to have a new user account, and repair apps, and reinstall apps. I had to REPEATEDLY say NO to this - as like you all know, this issue is not our files that are broekn or our computers. The problem exists at the Microsoft end, not with us.

I went through all the remedial action i had taken myself, like check the internet connection, develop a 'dummy'' file to test the data stocks refresh is not working, logged out and back in etc etc etc. Quite simply, the function no longer works.

We all seem to be having the issue around the same date as well. I also told microsoft that. i told them how many people are talking about this issue in the microsoft community - and we are all having the same problem.

They said they would take a look, but i came away with little hope that someone from their end would follow up. It needs us all to report the issue direct to microsoft, if it hasnt already been done.

Making noise is the best way to get this bug fixed.

EVERYONE affected should tell Microsoft's Excel team that there is a problem they need to address is to use theMenu Barand choose Help > Feedback > Report a Problem. Using this methods sends data about the state of Excel on your Mac., including country information.

There's more than 160 views of this thread, which means Microsoft should have gotten more than 160 feedbacks reporting the problem. It's up to each and very affected user to send in feedback.

I am having the exact same issue and have done all of the above actions as well and yet the data still does not refresh beyond 15/05/2025 6:42 for every stock in my portfolio. Has been working without any issues for months.
