I have already done all that, checked for updates, shut it down and restarted, checked my subscription, logged in and out, refreshed 1000 times.
I have tried on my PC and on 2 different laptops, started new spreadsheets, still does not work.
I am in Australia, this issue i think is with Australian stocks, as the US stocks are updating, giving me last trade date of 16th May, whereas the Australian stocks still say 15th May as last trade date.
Example
| Price | Extended Hours | Previous | Trade Date | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AMAZON.COM, INC. (XNAS:AMZN) | $ 205.59 | $ 204.97 | $ 205.17 | 16/05/2025 21:03 |
| MASTERCARD INCORPORATED. (XNYS:MA) | $ 583.13 | $ 581.00 | $ 582.20 | 16/05/2025 20:54 |
| WOOLWORTHS GROUP LIMITED (XASX:WOW) | $ 31.95 | $ 31.51 | 15/05/2025 6:54 |
Glad a few more of us are jumping on board to highlight the issue - hopefully it gets fixed - the goggle docs one is also having issues with a few codes - not all!!!
I chatted again to a Microsoft help, they said they were going to tell the supervisor and report to engineers, so potentially might get looked at..
Down the line somewhere.
I managed to talk to Refinitiv via their company LSEG. They said their values for Australian shares have updated to the 16th on May on their side however they acknowledge that Bing is reporting the wrong values and by extension MS Excel.
The problem is on Microsoft's side, but because Microsoft firewalls itself off from users it's very hard to report this to Microsoft which is incredibly frustrating. Someone who has a contact with Microsoft will need to tell the relevant party that their system is broken.
