ribbon issue

My ribbon for onenote on my samsung tablet does not have an option to increase it. It is very limited. It works fine on my laptop but I really need it on my tablet. How do I do this?

    After reviewing the issue, I’d like to share some helpful insights: The OneNote app for Android, including tablets like your Samsung device, is designed with a simplified interface. This means the ribbon offers fewer features compared to the desktop version. While tabs such as Home, Insert, Draw, and View may be visible, many of the tools within them are either limited or unavailable by design. 

    We understand this may not be ideal, and we appreciate your patience as Microsoft continues to improve the mobile experience.

    That does not help me much...lol.

    I have another question. Will I be able to record/transcribe from my tablet with onenote?

    I'm hoping that if I get everything set up through my laptop I can still use the tablet.

    Hi Shelly,

    Thank you for your inquiry regarding the ability to record and transcribe audio using OneNote on your tablet.

    You can record audio directly within the OneNote app on your tablet. This is useful for capturing lectures, meetings, or personal notes on the go. And, OneNote for Android does not support audio transcription at the moment.
