According to your description, to create a Venn Diagram in PowerPoint, please follow this instruction below:

  1. In PowerPoint, go to Insert tab > Select Smart Art to open "Choose a Smart Graphic" window

  1. In "Choose a Smart Graphic" window, go to Relationship tab > Choose the Venn Diagram type (Basic, Linear, Stacked, Radial) > Click OK to insert Venn Diagram.

  1. After that go to Smart Art Design tab > Select Text Pane to open Text pane. In Text pane, you can edit (add, remove text from the Diagram).

In addition, you can customize the Venn Diagram further by using option in Smart Art Design and Format tabs.
