Can I exclude one keyword (keyword is current SharePoint site name) on the DLP policy execution of the current SharePoint site and run DLP for all other SharePoint sites dynamically. For example, if one of the SharePoint site names is 'test' then keyword will be 'test'. So DLP policy should exclude test keyword for test site and check for that keyword and lock the documents on other SharePoint sites and vice versa. Is it feasible?

Thanks for your confirmation.

In the creation of DLP policy, we can choose specific sites as below. However, in DLP rules, it seems we don't have such selection.

I would recommend you can submit a ticket to online technical team to double confirm it this is feasible. They will have more resources and permissions to escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis. Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

Yes, I do not want to compare and lock the documents if the keyword is matched with the SharePoint site name.

I am unable to fetch the current SharePoint site name or URL in the DLP settings, so that I will figure out on how to avoid execution of DLP if keyword which is matched with SharePoint site name.

Let me double confirm your real request first. Do you mean you want to add exception on the existing DLP policy? Like add more DLP rules as exception?
