Hi, I have a Samsung galaxy tab A SM-T585 (2016) and my Microsoft word app which I use every time just stopped loading when my tab forced me to do a factory reset and now there's no option to uninstall, just the open button which is not loading. Tried downloading the apk file but it won't install. In the google play store, most of my most frequently used apps are no longer compatible with my device. Please help.

I actually thought about that but when I thought what the first forced factory reset cost me, I'm truly frightened about doing a second one. Trying remembering all my apps and accounts passwords was a total nightmare I really don't want to encounter atleast for now. Nevertheless, will try backing up on a journal and try your recommendation.

    Thanks for the kind reply.

    Good day!

    Thank you for the update.

Have you tried doing a factory reset for the second time? I suppose that when doing a reset all of the built-in application should be removed including Word. There might be a corruption in the process of resetting the tablet. So, if it's convenient you can try doing a factory reset.

I truly appreciate the reply but all the given solutions didn't work to help restore the inbuilt Microsoft word app on my phone, as I couldn't even install the same word app file I sent from another android to my phone after disenabling the word app on my phone ( it keeps giving me this error message: 'there was a problem while parsing the package'). And there is no current software update on my phone to upgrade to. Guess I'll have to result to the online version (which is very new and somewhat awkward to me at the moment).

Or is there anything else I can try plss.

Will really be truly grateful if I can get this sorted out
