Dear all,
I am experiencing the error "Something went wrong while downloading your template" while using Microsoft Office. I have tried it in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, but I keep getting the same result (see attached screenshot).
I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps, such as switching to another account, opening in safe mode, uninstalling, and repairing the software, but none of these solutions have worked.
Please help me resolve this issue.
