PowerAutomate not loading in my SharePoint list (but is loading my MS Forms)

I am trying to build a PowerAutomate flow that automates the sending of MS Form responses to a SharePoint list. I am following the help given here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/code-to-automate-ms-form-responses-to-a-sharepoint/7dc54fdb-5e23-4e06-8b6f-97b5443789ad.

1.

I have built my Form and List, and am starting to build the PowerAutomate flow. In the steps involving Forms, under 'Form Id', the forms I have created are automatically given when I click on the items arrow. But for the step involving SharePoint, 'Create Item', nothing is automatically loaded when I click on 'Site Address' nor 'List Name', even though I have also created some SharePoint Lists files.

--> Question: Other than clearing cache and re log-in, both of which I have tried, is there anything else I can do to fix what I am guessing is a syncing issue? (A small side episode is that in my OneDrive, the Forms files showed up immediately after I create them, but the Lists files sometimes take 24 hours before they show up in my OneDrive. In this case, I have already waited for this 24 hours)

2.

Since my List files are not loaded automatically, I went into the List file and used 'Manage Access' -> 'Share link' and copied the link to paste into the PowerAutomate 'Create Item' -> 'SiteAddress' box. I can only add this as a custom value, and when I then click on 'List Name', I get an error saying 'The dynamic invocation request failed with error: { "message": "We didn't find a site with this address. Make sure you are entering the exact address of the site.' [See screenshot]

--> Question: I have checked the link and can't figure out where it is wrong. Is there somewhere else I should be copying the URL of of my List file from, other than 'Share link"?

Dear Anita Ngai,

Good day!! Wish you a happy new year~

I understand your concern and as per the attached screenshot, you have entered the List URL in the Site Address instead of the Site URL where the Lists are stored. Since the URL entered is your OneDrive for Business, the URL will be looking like https://m365x8****8-my.sharepoint.com/personal/c***u_m365x8***8_onmicrosoft_com

So, I request you remove the /Lists/Test%20tracker2 in your Site Address and check whether the Lists in your Microsoft Lists are populated.

If the same problem persists with your Power Automate flow, I would like to request you to post your concern in the Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community to get the detailed help from the experts.

Apologies for redirecting you to different community as the members in the category posted focus on the users with the out of the box concerns and have limited knowledge on the custom Power Automate flow, so to get the fast and better assistance, we have redirected you in the correct path.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

Best Regards,

Sophia
