Controlling PowerPoint presentation on Android tablet using bluetooth mouse.

I'm using my tablet for an upcoming presentation due to my laptop broken down. I can connect my bluetooth mouse to the tablet but can't control the slideshow with it. Clicking or scrolling doesn't show the next slide or play media files on that slide. Is there anyway to use a different device to control the presentation? I have my android phone and that bluetooth mouse to work with. Thanks for any suggestions, in advance

    Dear hungdt224,

    Good day to you!

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum. We will be happy to help you.

Based on your description, you would like to control your presentation on a tablet. As you mentioned, you have already connected a Bluetooth mouse to the tablet, but you cannot control the slideshow with it.

I sincerely recommend checking your tablet's OS version. If it is not updated, please update it and see if that resolves the issue.

Additionally, you may try connecting a Bluetooth keyboard, as many Bluetooth keyboards have dedicated keys for controlling presentations.

Microsoft PowerPoint Mobile App can also help you control PowerPoint. You can install the app on both your mobile phone and tablet. Open the presentation on your tablet, then go to the PowerPoint app on your mobile phone and enable the Remote-Control feature (usually available when casting or presenting).

Other moderators and users are also welcome to share their ideas.

If you have any questions, please feel free let us know for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding. Your cooperation and contributions are greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Nahid Sultan
